Future appointments will require full prepayment. 3. Late Arrivals •Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and a late fee may apply. •Service Adjustments: If you're running late, please give us a call to let us know. 4. Payment •Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods. •Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments, which will be credited to your total service cost. 5. Extra Guests & Children For a relaxing environment, we ask that you come alone to your appointment unless accompanying a minor. Children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. 7. Service Guarantee & Corrections •Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly correct any issues at no additional charge. •Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to make things right.
