Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A valid contact email and phone number are required to secure your appointment.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may require a deposit for future bookings.

 

Deposits

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total and are transferable one time only with proper notice.

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.

Service Guarantee

Our goal is to provide high-quality, long-lasting nail services.
If you experience any issues related to the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and make any necessary adjustments.

Normal wear, breakage due to impact, or improper aftercare are not covered.

Nail Health & Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare instructions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to maintain regular maintenance appointments.

Children & Guests

For safety, comfort, and a calm experience, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

Hygiene & Safety

Charming Nails Studio follows strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
Clients with visible infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be refused service for health and safety reasons.

Payments

Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Home Studio Policy

Charming Nails Studio operates as a private home studio. The exact address will be provided upon confirmed booking. Please respect the privacy and policies of the space.
